  This is not a bank folks.There is no Public ATM.This is a Call center,not a bank.They do not have sevices here or a walk up desk.This Capitol one is now closed permenantly.

  Be aware! Capital one is closing credit-card accounts with out proper warning! if you have your oldest line of credit with capital one thy might close it without proper warning!

  Well, here's the scoop: I really really REALLY needed to deposit cash into my Capital One 360 checking account and I had hit my limit for the month for depositing in a store using the Cap One app-generated barcode. The only way to deposit this cash was via a Capital One logoed ATM, or a branch/Cap One cafe...yeah right, the closest one is in Richmond, 91 miles away. I was ELATED when I searched on the Capital One website for an official Capital One ATM (has to have that logo on it, otherwise, cash withdrawals only!) and although it was 22 miles away, I happily jumped on I-64, not really even minding the morning rush hour traffic back up along the highway because I REALLY NEEDED TO DEPOSIT THIS CASH. When I finally got to the destination, 38 minutes total driving time, I was utterly baffled; I slowly drove around the entire huge building, utilizing the EMPTY parking lot as though it was a road, that's how big this place is...I even pulled out to check the address on the big sign before you actually pull into the parking lot just to make sure I got the address right...and as you'll see in the pictures I posted, the place had been permanently shut down, and it looked like it had been that way for quite some time. It looks like a call center or something. So so SO irritating, frustrating, and I'm still bewildered that I wasted my gas to go all the way over to Chesapeake from Norfolk.
