  This capital one branch is horrible with their ATMs. They never work, and when they do they are super slow and the touch screen is always messed up. Also they never have the courtesy to put signs that the ATM is not working, I’m sure the branch is aware of how bad their ATMs are, I’ve had issues all the times I’ve been there for the last 2 months. Ridiculous. It’s frustrating because capital one is a great bank but they need to focus more on their ATMs id they plan to continue on this new digital era they so highly talk about

  Absolutely horrible I don’t even know where to begin. This branch was grimey and the banker who helped us had no idea what he was doing. He didn’t go over account types with us because that’s apparently our job. They don’t give debit cards there so that was annoying. They wouldn’t take a deposit from my debit card so I had to pay a fee to use their ATM. But the real kicker is that we could not get access to online banking the same day! Ok no big deal they said 24hours then that turned into 72hours then that turned into 5 business days.. I had multiple managers promise to call me back and they never did. Do yourself a favor and bank literally with anyone else.
