      Today I went to capital one at blalock branch. The teller Cindy was very helpful, polite and she provided excellent customer service. Cindy’s attitude was excellent even the service that I needed at that moment needed to be done by a representative but Cindy helped me with this and she answered all my questions. Definitely I will go back to that branch again and I will recommend it to my family and friends.
