      IF I CAN GIVE THIS BANK A 0 I WOULD. BY FAR WORST BANK & WHATS CRAZY FOR A MIN I WAS PRAISING THEM ON HOW THEY TOOK CARE OF CHARGES THAT I MADE BUT NEVER RECEIVED WHAT I PURCHASED BUT SHORTLY AFTER THEY PUT A RESTRICTION ON MY ACCT AND TOLD ME THEY WHERE NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH ME AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A REASON WHY. THEN THE CREDIT CARD I HAVE W/ THEM, I ATTEPTED TO MAKE A PAYMENT FOR THE FULL AMOUNT ON MY ACCOUNT AND INSTEAD OF THEM POSTING THE PAYMENT, THEY PUT A RESTRICTION ON MY CREDIT CARD SO I CAN'T DO NOTHING UNTIL THEY REMOVE THE RESTRICTIONS. NEVER IN THE 42 YEARS OF MY LIFE I HAVE I EXPERIENCED SUCH A THING ON MY CHECKING & CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. I CAN'T EVEN TAKE WHAT MONEY IS LEFT IN MY ACCOUNT. Never again will I ever use this bank for anything. BEWARE!!!!!

      If you want to go play Simon says with your cashier, ask for Radhika. Apparently hiring is so difficult capital one lets their staff play games with you while trying to pay your bill in cash.
