      This bank really gave me a second chance when I went through a bankruptcy situation and not only was a just considered a member of their branch but one who was family. They even went the extra 10 miles to make sure I was not a victim of identity theft. They really know how to look out for customers there as if they were true family members.

      Worst service !! I wanted to get something notarized was told to wait until he was ready. Ten minutes later he is talking with another customer and helped her instead of me. I asked him how much longer since I’ve been waiting and he was extremely rude to me and said notaries are done in between clients even though I was there before the lady had shown up and waited 15 minutes !

      Deposited cash yesterday for the first time at this bank and it’s still pending... they told me it would show up by today and it’s still not here. Slow service and overall one of the most useless branches of chase bank
