      Lost my wallet and need to get some info about to getting some cash before cancelling my cards. The teller was everything bad about customer service today. Sloppy, wearing a t-shirt and slouching carelessly on his stool. Completely unhelpful and clearly unconcerned. I felt like I was bothering him. I really hate that! Yes loosing my wallet is on me but a little help and understanding would have gone a long way especially since I have to wait 5 business days to use my account - unbelievable

      Horrible customer service, the branch’s associates are clueless, not able to open a simple checking account. Very frustrating experience. Think again and use a different bank!
