I've been with LFCU for 13 years now and used them for my recent mortgage loan. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot to learn, but the mortgage officer explained things every step of the way. The rate was amazing and their ability to guarantee clearing the loan in less than 20 days was one of the factors that helped me have the winning offer on the property I wanted in an extremely competitive market. I became a member of this credit union on the 17th of February. And it's inconvenient. I have yet to receive my debit card and have been unable to contact customer service for a week. I call and get the same "our system is down" and booted to the survey. Or even worse am on hold for over half an hour then booted to the survey. I regret my decision to put my money in this bank. Steer Clear!
