      I’m a POA for an elderly lady with dementia at this location. I did all the necessary paperwork. They faxed it in and then lost it. I repeated the whole process. Didn’t matter because every time I come in I’m treated like a thief and made to wait while they call the main bank to “verify” me. We’re talking half hour long calls at least.
