      Went there last weekend with my mother. She needed to transfer money. I needed to open an account. Greeted at the door by 3 young ladies, one of which was Roxanna. She was considerate and cordial, helpful with my mother. Go there! They are wonderful.

      I have been a capital one customer for 20 years, capital one has become the worst bank ever. Over the last ten years they have closed five other local locations forcing everyone in to sunrise hwy location. They did the same thing near my business in NYC, Sunrise location staffed with only three tellers. Lines out the door to the streets. This is all by corporate design. Staff said cap #1 wants to be a digital bank, and therefor provide as little service as possible.

      Horrible bank ( this particular location) workers work very very slow by the time I get to the bank teller I could of built another capital bank ready to go.. Horrible customer service there. Mask mandates even if you have a health condition and they even write on the door but still don't follow they’re own posts... Security guard was a real jerk too. Never go to this location.
