      Don't come here if you're in a rush. Paid to get over there and then had to leave without being seen after waiting for 20 minutes and there was only one person ahead of me when I arrived. One teller at counter as well- despite the line building behind me. Staff not trained on the Technology they use. Won't be coming back here again.

      Very bad and very rude customer service.I had scheduled appointment for opening business checking account.I was denied service because i was few minutes late.The parking is very tough in this area so that's why i got late few minutes.I explained employee name STAR i was late because of parking she said she don't care.I request her please take me even not a single customer in whole branch.she denied and said reschedule it.Thease kind of employees rune reputation of the organization.capitalone should have to think about it what they hired.It's not only me alot of people making complaint about her.
