  Do yourself a favor and work with Nathan Perlstein. I had the unfortunate experience of being too far down the path with another lender to be able to complete a deal with FM, but I really wish I had worked with them from the beginning. Nathan was my primary contact and I cannot recommend him more highly. Nathan and his team were able to do as much in 3 weeks as a competitive lender took 4 months to complete. I am not a real estate professional and my deal was relatively small by NY standards. But Nathan and his team took the time to explain the details and all costs and processes. They were thorough, professional, highly communicative, and most importantly - they understand the challenges and complexities of NY real estate that the large national lenders and many of the smaller lenders don't. 10/10

  My experience with FM Home Loans was excellent. I got personal one on one guidance through the entire process. My Mortgage Broker Mrs. Friedman provided me with tips to help me with credit report and improve my score. She took the time to explain things and was always available to answer any additional questions I might have had.
