      I use capital one 360 online banking and have never needed to use a branch before. However, I needed to obtain a cashier's check, and went to this branch with some trepidation after reading all of the negative reviews. There was a bit of a wait to get to the front, but once I was there, the teller was extremely courteous, friendly and patient. The cashier's check required additional layers of verification from corporate, but the teller kept me well informed throughout the process, and apologized repeatedly for the delay.

      Made a small deposit to my savings account. 4 day hold was placed on the check bc it was deposited into a savings account. Not once did the teller mention that. As a matter of fact, the drive-thru teller didn’t even speak to me. Had I known, I would have deposited the check to my checking account. I’ve been told twice that In order for me to escalate my issue it would take 15 days for someone from Capital One to reach out to me. Absolutely the worst bank. Closing accounts as soon as the check clears.

      very bad service. no recognition to old customer for more than 35 years. Everytime I come it takes forever just to deposit money.
