      We had a problem with a wire transfer. We had a hard time getting some one to help us. Muhammad Khan at this branch was very helpful. He solved the issue right over the phone. In this day and time of digital age, a personal touch speaks a lot. Khan went over and above the call of duty to help us out. May God Bless him.

      Very poor and very slow service staff of capital one they don’t have any respect for customer lots of attitude plz don’t ever open business account in this bank. Big shame on this staff for poor and lazy service.To make deposit they take 1 hr for 1 customer.what a shame for this bank and their lazy staff.

      I visited this location only to find the lobby was closed. The only option was to wait in the drive up line for well over 30 minutes to make my transaction. Highly disappointed, as not everyone wants to do complete banking at an ATM.
