  The staff is helpful, what keeps it from a perfect score is the, ATM machines, only two or three, working, if you're lucky.

  Not enough space to properly and comfortably assist customers for what seems to be a busy location, and an appointment is necessary for almost anything. Then making appointments can only be done online, and the site has a habit of telling you something went wrong try again later. The really bad part is that there seems to be no recourse!

  Dirty vestibule. Higher atm fee for non customers than the closest store with an atm. Feels totally unsafe because the doors doesn't close completely behind you and have to keep looking to see if someone if coming in behind you while making a withdrawal transaction. Updated 4/4/22 the condition WORSENED since my initial review. The lobby reeked of urine and it's a makeshift homeless bedroom after regular business hours. See attached photos. I went in (my mistake) to make an emergency atm withdrawal and there wasn't 1 or 2 but 3 people in the atm area as if it's THEIR BEDROOM looking at me like I don't belong there. The strong overbearing smell of urine was the secondary reason I immediately left. Management will say as a reply they're addressing the situation as they did to my original review, but the problems only get worse If you read my review, give it a thumbs up 👍🏻
