      Pretty weird experience. No deposit slips or withdrawal slips. An employee was standing by the line asking everyone what they needed. Told him what I needed, then asked me if I tried the app or an atm, even though what I was doing couldn’t be done on the app or at an atm. Woman at the window next to me wanted to open an account, they told her (politely) to get on her phone and do it. Probably the first time going to a bank in 2 or 3 years so maybe they are all like this.
