I would not recommend this branch of capital one bank on burnside. This is theWorst capital one branch. Ms Jennifer, manager of this branch is so rude and unprofessional. I would never go back.

Ms Jennifer is a Very unprofessional manager of this location. And very unprofessional one of their employee. The disrespected me when I bring lot of business to them. She bringing this branch down. I guess I would never be back and that’s one of the reason capital one is turning in cafe branches because of unprofessional staff.

Had Capital One for decades. Going down hill imo. They eliminated overdraft protection accounts without my knowledge, which puts customers at risk for huge NSF fees should a mishap occur. I'm shopping credit unions for a better deal. Very under staffed since Covid, you can make your own judgement on that one. Update: window service only. ATM down perpetually. Very poor. Im wondering if it's about to be closed permanently.
