  Went to this branch on June 7th and on June 9th, previously making an appointment for both days, I must say that the staff was very attentive and very effective to resolve a problem with a domestic transfer. Good energy and patience, thumbs up !

  Worst service, I called in many times nobody pick up the phone. Also, I make an appointment online to open a business account then some one called me saying they only do 2 customers per day.

  This is what happens when you close so many branches. The line continues out the door and down the street outside. It's raining! Terrible wait times and the security guard does nothing when people cut and start fighting because of this. Capital One has been my favorite bank for years but this is a disappointment. Also disappointed to learn they are switching to a "digital bank" as my business is primarily a cash business. This is what happens when you close so many branches.
