  The information and attention service of the Albania banker has been very gratifying and excellent. She is highly qualified, knows her work with great efficiency and dedication, guiding me in the best way. Furthermore, she is courteous and very polite and follows the customer service protocol very well. My time with her was very productive.

  Good afternoon, my name is Carlos, a client of many years with you, it is the second time that the agency of 48th st and Bergenline cannot agree to serve me, the first time it was to open a checking account and they did not attend me for not having I made an appointment in advance and I understood it, this second time I went to the bank and the manager, Mr. Emanuel López who took too much time attending to a person who was not really requesting banking services, when it was my turn, I explained that I needed to make an international bank transfer and at 3pm he told me that he only attended the platform until 3pm, which I referred to another agency that is open until 5pm; What I really don't understand, and having also worked in banks, is the quality of the service, so lousy and poor, that this gentleman pays attention to not providing a facility to customers and, above all, when the bank is empty without people who would be waiting before me. ,I went to the bergenline and 31st st office and there they told me that they should have attended me and that they always send clients with long operations to this agency, surely due to the fact of closing on time or leaving on time, I hope they take into account this mistreatment of us customers who are loyal to your institution since it gives a lot to think about the attention and really encourages the fact of transferring our businesses and funds to other entities, Thank you

  No tellers on duty at all. Manager said they will tellers next week. I asked him if he could jump behind the counter and he stared at me like I asked him to sacrifice his first born.
