      After over 10 years I been a capital one customer credit cards and recent bank account. They closed all my accounts with no reason. Wow I been with chase even longer. Oh well duces.

      Husband recently deposited cash in atm . It took the money and he was in the bank for over an hour trying to get money back . Bank managers were unhelpful . Basically oh I’m sorry which is unacceptable . Called customer service as well and they said deposit is too Large for a immediate credit adjustment . This branch needs to close and shut down they atms . I advised my husband to Close his account asap and go to another bank because this is absurd.
