      I have banked here for many years. Never had any problems. Like all banks, they are reducing the number of branches, so it's kind of hard to find a branch nearby. There's like 3 in the city, but you rarely need cash or to go inside nowadays.

      There are always familiar friendly faces when you visit. I've gone here to open several different accounts, and they've always been professional and kind. I hope to see this branch represent what bank branches could be to their local community. This Capital One branch could rethink its use of space. It seems like the waiting/business area is always empty besides the line for a teller. I see complaints about the wait time. Speaking from experience, being a teller requires you to be precise and not prioritize speed. I say the bank should try to solve this issue. It does seem like the tellers are stretched between the drive-through and the lobby. I'm giving this rating mainly on how well the team is functioning within their bandwidth and resources.
