  I called to ask for a print out of my account activity due that it can't be done online and spoke to manager(Tamana Koh) and she said I could not get one unless I had appointment. I told her I had gotten one a couple of weeks ago and it took no more than 3 minutes and I was in and out and she refused to do so. She spent more time on the phone with me than what it would of taken them to give me print out. I asked if she could printed out for me and again she refused. When I asked for her name she provided and then told me to come by branch so I could pick up her business card????? Talk about bad customer service coming from a manager. NOTE: I went to other branch and was given print out, I was in and out in 3 minutes.
