      This bank is EXCELLENT!!! They opened my business account patiently and professionally.       Do not bank at this bank. I when see if I can have Solicitation from this company to stop. Well the young lady I started speaking with got cut off by Trish. TRISH yells at me. I said please stop yelling. I can hear you at a normal tone. She points and said get out of her bank. I said please call the police. Cause I know that's what you are going to do cause you are the victim at this point. I'm waiting. Trish wants to fight me so bad She don't know the color clothing that I'm wearing. Said something about a father and Trish takes off. I told her you are at work. I wasn't even talking to you. I have calling all week and the only thing capital one can do is hang up on me. For the love of God stop sending me you credit card auto and any other trash tou believe I want. That I clearly don't want.

      Absolute worst bank ever!! Since Capital One took over, we’ve had tons of issues!! And since when is it good practice to verify someone's identity using their FULL social security number. I'm supposed to give my SSN to someone at a call center that works for a company contracted to work to Capital One and was told that using that as an identifier is common place now. Now, they are flagging many of my purchases as potentially fraudulent and claim there is nothing they can do to allow the payments to process!!
