      I had a great experience and found customer service to be top notch at the Lakeline location. I am just glad to be able to talk to someone when I need even though so much banking is done online. The negative reviews seem to be from misaligned expectations. Been with Capital One for over a decade and won’t change. Thanks 360.

      Capitol One is not a bank anymore, it has become nothing more than an ATM staffed by clueless and poorly trained staff. They are unhelpful and the "banking" experience as a whole is frustrating, to say the least. They need to offer at least some traditional banking options such as accepting checks for payments. Their hipster image isn't working for me. I can go to Starbucks for my coffee but when I go to a bank I expect to be able to do more than have an ATM experience! They have lost me as a customer.

      No tellers. Why even have a "branch" it's a glorified atm. Well definitely doing business at this branch or with Capital One. Jennifer Garner and her management please do better.... don't affiliate yourself with this company they're only dragging you down.
