      We had the worst experience in this location, on August 8th We arrived to do the paperwork for closing of our new house and not only the person (Cheryl )we had appointment with did not show up because she had another appointment but also who replaced her had no idea what was going on and after going back and forth finally she told us they had made a mistake in our sales disclosure and all the numbers did not add up correctly, needless to say we had wire the cash amount they had asked us few days earlier and we never got confirmation on receipt. We also had asked for documents regarding ladybird also called warranty deed and after few hours they gave us the documents which my husbands name was spelled incorrectly and we had to rush and sign, however we didn’t know the description of our new property yet which has to be on this document.Our warranty deed went out to be recorded in the county than we found out they had put the wrong description of the house and was already signed and recorded. Now they made an affidavit attached and corrected the description of our new home and one week past we still don’t have the original document!! We do not recommend this location, they are about quantity not quality!!
