They didn’t communicate very well. Everything they did seemed like it started 2-3 days after when it should have. They didn’t honor their own deadlines. Their attention to detail was lacking. They just didn’t seem like they cared. I’ve closed on four properties over the last three years and this title company was by far the worst.
