      This branch is not the most welcoming. They could definitely improve on customer service. No one is rude, by any means, but not inviting and friendly. While that's important to most people it's not a make or break for me as long as they aren't outright rude or disrespectful. The business side of it is pretty quick and standard. This is my "new branch" as I usually go to the Topeka Blvd/Huntoon but since moved closer to this one.
