      Worst experience I have ever had at a bank. DO NOT GO to Kiera. She is all about wasting time and being a horrible rep. I wish I could leave 0 stars. Took me 30 minutes to drop cash off for a business loan. No lines she just took her time and made it obvious she hates her job. Whoever management is, do yourself a favor and get rid of her. I have been training employees in customer service for 10 years. She will cost you business. She already has with me.
