  We had an appointment set at a certain time before our arrival. We were 10 minutes early and just before the appointed time, we were notified that the person we were to see, was currently in a brief meeting. It was a Monday and we were the first appointment just after opening so we kind of expected this. The wait area had nice cushioned chairs, plenty of media to entertain ourselves, and a bulletin board to browse the local goings ons. Before even one buttcheek started to go numb, were greeted an escorted to their designated workspace and then instantaneously given all the info we sought in a clear and understanding manner.

  Looking for a bank you can trust with your money? Well this is not the bank for you. I was extremely disappointed after recently noticing an unauthorized charge on my debit card. After speaking to the retailer and receiving no explanation on what the charge was for, the retailer told me they could not help me and I needed to contact my bank. So I spoke to Caitlin at MSUFCU who told me she was unable to help me as well and I should call the retailer. I do not appreciate the finger pointing game, being given the run around, and my bank refusing to protect me against unauthorized charges. How very unfortunate that MSUFCU will not take the side of their customer over an unauthorized charge as small as $5. I would be very scared to keep the bulk of my money at this credit union knowing that they do not care about their members. I planned on making this account my main checking account but have decided not to after this experience and realizing that I would not be protected against fraud and unauthorized charges. World of mouth is very important in this small community and I’ll be sure to share my experience anytime I hear anyone mention this credit union.

  They'll keep fraudulent transactions on your account for a whole week before even considering taking action.
