      I live in Fort Dodge. I have been a member for many years but only used the Credit Union for car loans. I always found everyone there to be friendly and accommodating. Recently we applied for a home equity loan to pay off all high interest credit cards. Linda Khamboun is the person we worked with. I cannot say enough good things about her and the Credit Union. We encountered some US mail issues and had to go through some extra steps such as setting up a checking account etc. we would have had to drive 90 miles to resolve some issues but allowing us to use documents signed over the phone etc it saved us several trips to DSM. Linda was always able to work out solutions that were the most convenient and easy for “technology impaired “ people like us ! I would recommend Capitol View to anyone who wants a more friendly customer oriented banking place!
