      ATTENTION ALL CCCU CUSTOMERS. When calling to speak with a representative, I would like to recommend personal asking for Sir Mitch Covington. After a stressful day, day two of hoping to get the right representative to help me, and negative account balance, I was finally transferred to Sir Mitch Covington. Who professionally broke down the issue with my account and the fee’s I’ve assessed and why I’ve occurred those fee’s in full detail with mathematical work and equations. I didn’t mind holding, I waited for him peaceful while he did his research. I can tell Sir Mitch Covington enjoy helping individuals and he’s sympathetic. So again ATTENTION ALL CCCU CUSTOMERS.       Yazmin was wonderful! She was prompt, very thorough & patient. Lost 2 vehicles due to fallen tree limb. A real nightmare working with the insurance company & another CU where we had financed one of them. 3 weeks & counting...not resolved yet. Collins was the only "player" in this game that actually came through for us when we needed it most! This is the second time we've used Collins to finance a vehicle...outstanding, seamless service. A+ !! Thank you.
