      LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR TITLE SERVICES. Recently used capstone land transfer for a purchase. Received multiple “estimates” of the fees the company would be charging us for using their title company. EVERY SINGLE TIME, got a quote that was more money than before…even up to 2 days prior to closing which should have been known and included in the prior quotes. I tried to address the issue with Brian, their president, and was told essentially that estimates are estimates, even tho they should have some degree of accuracy and the increases should have been presented earlier. So choice was to close and eat these several hundred more in costs, or don’t close and maybe lose the purchase. Very unhappy with Brian specifically and their entire organization. When I asked Brian to provide some sort of consideration he flat out said no. And here we are. Customer service is lacking, professionalism is lacking and most of all quality of work I believe is not sufficient for the fees they charge.
