      I GIVE THIS BANK 0 STARS. THEY CANCELED MY ACCOUNT FOR A $80 ZELLE TRANSACTION. 80 DOLLARS!!!!! WHEN I ASKED THEM QUESTIONS THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING. THEIR RESPONSE IS ALWAYS "I DONT KNOW". HOW CAN YOU WORK FOR THE COMPANY AND NOT KNOW ANYTHING, OR NOT KNOW THE IMPORTANT NUMBERS TO CALL. MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN ON HOLD SINCE 12/7 IT IS 12/18. I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE MY PAYCHECK IN MY ACCOUNT 12/17 BUT DUE TO THEM FREEZING MY ACCOUNT FOR 80 BUCKS THEY DENIED MY CHECK A WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND LEFT ME WITH ABSOULETLY NO MONEY. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE HEARTS AND DO NOT CARE TO HELP YOU. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS BANK. I HAVE SPOKEN WITH NUMEROUS AMOUNT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS AND TELLERS AND THEY HAVEN'T HELPED ME AT ALL. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
