      I am writing to you personally to inform you of the outstanding experience that I had while purchasing my home with EDGE Home Finance Corporation with the guidance of Sr. Loan Officer Cara Belsby. I had never owned a home and didn’t know the process or what to expect during getting a loan, underwriting , etc. I explained my situation to Cara Belsby and when she told me she would look out for me, for my best interest, what I could afford and live comfortably, I felt relief and hopeful. She did just as she told me she would, she was upfront and honest, she told me when something was in my reach and when it wasn’t in my budget, Cara ran numbers for me so I could understand what my payments would be before putting in an offer and that was important to me. I am very grateful to have had Cara Belsby working with me and for me, I learned to trust her completely early in the process, I appreciated her complete honesty while guiding me through this process of purchasing my first home. I appreciated her patience with my continuous questions and extremely thankful to have Cara on my side. I would recommend Cara Belsby to my family and friends, the process went exactly as she told me it would and I provided what she asked if me, listened to her guidance and am in my new home and unbelievably it was all in two and a half weeks, Cara Belsby is amazing and I was lucky for the chance to work with her.
