  Single Family Home Purchase - June 2021. For any future loan needs, Brandon Floyd will be our first call. We were referred to him by our realtor as a trusted agent, and can honestly say that this may have been the deciding factor in us securing our house. From the first introduction, he was knowledgeable, experienced, and his passion for educating us through our first home-buying and loan-application process was clear. He was reliably accessible, timely and responsive. With the ability to compare rates from various loan providers, we also felt that he was able to provide us with the best rate available. Most importantly, he was a passionate advocate for us when dealing with a builder that prioritized meeting quarterly numbers rather than doing what was right. The stakes involved the builder threatening to back out and put the house back on the market if we weren't able to close before the end of the month, even though construction wasn't projected to be completed in time to allow for appropriate inspection/appraisal and other routine due-diligence. Brandon went above and beyond in martialing all his resources to fast-track and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and approvals among numerous players and organizations, and it felt like a miracle when the loan documents showed up in record time. Even if they hadn't, and the builder decided to carry through on their intention to give the house away, we were confident we would have Brandon going to bat for us in holding them accountable. In short, we are immensely grateful to have worked with Brandon and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone embarking on the home-buying journey.
