  The loan officer initially contacted me and instead of asking for the documents to be sent, she called and emailed and texted me daily and stayed on the phone with me for hours with no purpose. When I finally asked her to ask what she needed to review my options, she sent me a loan request to sign and charged me for the appraisal. It appears that the loan was submitted however the expectations set were that the documents were going to be reviewed. I do not wish to do business with this company as they are misleading and charged me fees for the rate when I should have been given the option for that. I signed the paperwork as Cindy told me I had to that night even before I submitted all the documents needed. What she had me sigh was the loan itself and as I reached out to her after that she has not responded.

  I wish I could give this negative stars. DO NOT use this company. They will tell you want you want to hear they will promise you the world. They should be investigated and shut down. They are a bunch of liers. You would have a better experience dealing with the devil himself. I wish I had never done business with this company. They are garbage and will take advantage of you
