  Scott Hofmeister and his team at Cardinal did such a great job with us and the whole home buying process. He always was very prompt and professional with any question or concern that we had. If it hadn't have been for Scott and his team, we would never have closed on time. Thank you Scott!!!

  Gary Evenson at Cardinal Financial was not my lender, but the lender for the buyer of my townhome. While preparing for closing the morning of, he made a typo that froze all funds, and had to push the closing date out 5 days. I was not notified until all of my personal belongings were already on a moving truck, headed to my new house. I was not able to close on my new house because I could not close on my current house. Because of this I had to stay in a hotel and my realtor was told by Gary that I should save all receipts for expenses over the next 4 days and I would be reimbursed. We provided all receipts at closing. That was 12 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a check for reimbursement, let alone an apology. I’m just happy that I do my lending through a different company.

  Scott was very helpful, organized and professional. He was there to answer any questions we had and called back right away.
