  All I'm going to say is that the team over at Cardinal is hands down the best in the mortgage industry. Professional, knowledgeable, and FAST! They closed my loan in less than 2 weeks and made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way. They will be my go to lender from here on out.

  The absolute worst ! Melville office run by very inexperienced people. Constantly lost paperwork, I got to the point that I would forward the 1st email right back to them over and over ! The branch mgr was beyond rude every time we spoke with him. We were given several closing dates beginning in March. Closing dates kept changing then covid hit. I was told that if my daughter was furloughed we would have a 6 week period where we would be OK not affecting closing. One night at 930 we received a call from the branch Mgr, Sal, telling us we needed an additional $20,000 to show in our bank account! Needless to say I was a bit upset, his was response was," if you don't have it fine, deal is done!" I of course was taken aback, but we pulled it off. Next thing we knew we were into May, two weeks after my daughter was furloughed! but was told have no fear. Well the day before closing I received a call the deal was dead ! My house was packed, which I kept putting off but was assured by them to go ahead and do. So in short, we were dragged around from January till May and lost the home we fell in love with. It of course cost us money . We spoke to their compliance dept., a waste of time and a bigger waste of time was the eastern. regional mgr., just as rude! Stay clear of this place !

  DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME. Small company. I recieved a random call from Tate and we hit it off however, I should have done my due diligence and researched the company first.I did not do my home work.I have a 823 credit score, no debt, at the age of 62. Over the passed 42 years I was never late once on dozens of vehicles, 4 yachts, 5 home and worked for a billion dollar Company for 30 years. These people want your soul for approval. Applied for a $300,000. cash out loan on my home which I paid them $500. for appraised for 635,000. We were scheduled to close June 7, 2020. I came home from vacation early and still not approved. My net worth is 10 times that of which the loan amount. I send a 100 pages of documents they requested from my Fidelity account 2 weeks ago on stock accounts. They notified me they received the fedex package and now contact me to notify me they lost it. They want me to send it again. Going through Quicken which had me approved with a credit app and a few stipulations in a matter of days. Stay away. Nice people although do not have a clue. These 7 weeks of being torcherd were nothing but a BIG waste of time. Randal A. Filippone
