  Carly is the loan officer that helped me purchase my first home. She was so thorough and explained the entire process to me more than once. She was extremely patient with me and ensured that all deadlines were met. She made herself readily available for calls, texts and questions. She is so friendly and I highly recommend her services. She went above and beyond for me to fight for certain dates to be met because we were on a tight timeline. Don’t hesitate to work with Carly. She is so professional and very friendly for first time home buyers or any other buyers for that matter.

  We worked with Carly on a pre-approval last year. We ended up seeing a home on a Monday and offers were due Tuesday/Wednesday, Carly managed to get us a pre-approval letter in time for offer due date (insane)! Unfortunately we didn't end up getting that home but Carly remained in contact with us and our realtor as we continued our search. Finally one of our offers was accepted with a <30 day close and opening escrow on a Saturday, and somehow Carly made magic happened. We closed on time and all of the potential stress was avoided. Carly is super helpful and informative and we highly recommend her!

  Being a Realtor in the South Bay I have worked with Carly numerous times and the experience has been great! She has taken care of every client I have referred her way and they have had nothing but good things to say about Carly. The 2 most important things I feel are needed when working with a loan officer are communication and setting the right expectations and Carly is amazing at both. If you want your loan to get to closing you will be in the right hands working with Carly.
