  not even a phone call to tell me I am going to be a homeless veteran because their underwriting took on a complicated case, and although I continued to see what they needed, I was assured all was good. until via email my closing got pushed, and pushed. Until VIA email I was told my loan was denied. No face to face meetings, no phone calls. EMAIL. Veterans be careful. I am a 100% disabled vet and local business owner who was assured they could handle my situation. I sold my house, moved into a house I was told would have no issues with, and via email told sorry try again. I was then provided no help, assistance, or guidance. Not from the lender nor Century 21, who is family owned by the same people. 30 years experience, not one phone call or solution for my problem. Walk away far.

  If you're looking to get a new house. I definitely recommend this company! Special shout out to Jennifer Dorn and Shelly Rankin! They helped me go through the process of getting my 1st house. They're very detailed and will go through with you on ever step of the way. I'm beyond thankful for all their hard work! 5 stars 🌟 all the way!
