Awful! I went through a bank for my previous car loan and I should’ve went through the same bank for this car loan. I’m trying to refinance with someone else now. STAY AWAY! Customer service is useless and never friendly. Go someone else.

They took $85 more than the last payment because they said their system shows my insurance lapse, but thats not true. They wanted a copy of my insurance policy. At the time I was on the phone with them I was driving home I asked my brother to send they a copy of the policy, he did last week. They still charge me $85 for their insurance. I called them today, the guy I spoke to was a real A hole. I wish I didn't do business with them. Currently I am in my bank waiting for a financial advisor to refinance my car. This is the worst experience I had buying a car.
