      I had a lot of problems in the past but they definitely have turned things around. I just called and had a very happy helpful girl wish I knew her name. Last couple times I’ve called for help they were friendly and even joked around which is a nice turn around for this bank. Today was a 4 star call 🙌🙌

      I am a very honest and humble person, but I have to say this credit union has terrible communication all around. I will never get a loan or do business with them again. I highly recommend everybody stays away from this place of business.

      Would give zero stars if I could. Kim is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was charged fees that no one could explain, yet Kim claimed there was nothing she could do about it. I ended up having to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and get them involved to get help with the issue. This was almost 10 years ago and I still can't believe experience was real and that anyone would treat people the way Kim does. It was one of those that will stick with me for a lifetime because dealing with Kim was truly that awful.
