  Hello, I want people to know that buying a car experience isn’t the same when you go see Bjorn. I called Bjorn to get info on a car. He sent me pictures of vehicles I was interested in. He got all my information over the phone. I was trading in car and he pulled up all the information needed to make that happen. He told me what I need to bring in. I drove out there with all my info and was greeted with a big hug. I picked out my car and was out in record time. I say from the time I arrived to leaving with my new car it was less than 2 hours. This was the best experience I have had. He didn’t try to up sell me on a more expensive car, he was very pleasant and a lot of fun. He is well over the 5 star customer service I gave him and I will go back and buy future vehicles with him. Thank you for the hug and great customer service. Mara

  Just wanted to share my experience with Carroll Credit Center, I would have to say that they are definitely a 5 Star dealership, From the moment I filled out my Application the night before to the evening of the next day Bjorn made sure I was comfortable and set my mind at ease that I was gonna be able to drive away with the car of my dreams. He was very professional and helpful with the whole process. Hands down the easiest and most professional dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I will ensure I send all my family and friends to Carroll Credit Center and have them ask for BJORN!!!
