  First impressions are very important to me and Dean was my first point of contact. He thanked me for considering Bay Equity and took the time to explain the paperwork required and the step by step process needed for loan approval. It was clear to me that his team communicated well with each other and they treated me as if I was their highest priority customer. In a time of rapidly increasing interest rates I was locked in at the lowest rate available as soon as I had been prequalified. Each team member helped to expedite the process along the way by explaining what documentation was needed and how to gather and submit it in order to meet my deadline for a timely and successful closing. I highly recommend Bay Equity and the Dean Hayes Group for mortgage financing.
