      Once in a while I find a service experience worth passing on. We refinanced to lock in a lower interest rate with a shorter term. Adam is very experienced hardworking, efficient and honest. He is always to the point and there is no room for misunderstandings or surprises later on. Adam genuinely cares about us and it's not just a transaction for him. He came to the title office for the signing! Carrolton is a family business for 30 years. It took 6 6ays to get everything done! Adam and his team are super quick and deliver as promised. -- Pre-approval - 1 day from sending over all documents requested -- Day 1 within an hour of signing contract - Credit rechecked, appraisal ordered with rush, taxes& fees requested from escrow -- Day 2 - Documents verified and preliminary disclosures sent out -- Day 3 - Appraisal received -- Day 4 - Processor prepared file for underwriting -- Day 5 - Underwriter's approval with a couple of easy conditions -- Once requested docs are submitted, underwriter cleared the file in a few hours and Closing Disclosure sent out the same evening!!
