      I worked with Josh Dobson for the purchase of my home in March 2022. He is fantastic to work with. We were on a 15 day escrow timeline and Josh was able to complete all the necessary steps in that short time frame. Any question I had, he’d answer it as soon as possible. This was the smoothest escrow process I’ve been in and I highly recommend him.

      Josh Answered all my questions through call or txt , and broke everything down for me to fully understand he helped me choose the best loan option to save me the most money in the long run and was able to help keep my closing costs and Down payment at the budget I could afford and to top it off he went and found me a lower interest rate hands down the best !!!! 🙏🏽💪🏽🙌🏽😁

      Josh and his team were amazing from start to finish! Very clear communication and I don't know how they did it, but this was the easiest V.A. home loan process we have ever been thru, with record closing time. We cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed give Josh a call!
