      Jennifer is SO RUDE ! I called Carter Federal at 4646 Shreveport Blanchard Hwy as I sat outside in my car in the line that was wrapped around the building to ask if she knew if the testing had been stopped . She responded with the nastiest attitude and began raising her voice at me . I had to tell her twice to stop yelling at me and to provide better customer service !
