  This is a great bank. They have a bigger free atm network than the big banks and they also have prepaid cards which most banks dont offer.

  The worst employee by the name of Melody Anderson whose poor customer service and incompetence is a valid reason to not just close all accounts but also alert others to not do business with Carver Bank.

  My grandfather has had an account with this bank for decades and now that he’s very old and he needs help with his account NOBODY answers the phone, it’s just a recording that continuously plays, due to his health and his age he cannot walk but that doesn’t matter no one picks up The phone at all …call them in the morning you can call them in the afternoon you can call them in the evening and they keep telling you your wait time is over 10 minutes I’ve held on this line 30 minutes several times and no one picks up I told my grandfather I know you’re not rich but take your $385,000 out of that bank ….you saved well but you can do better elsewhere, Someplace where they actually care about their customers
