  I’ll start off by saying my initial buying experience here was seamless. decent price, was in and out of there quickly. a few conditions were agreed upon buying the car, a few minor things and then the major, fixing the ac. I bought the car in march and I went back multiple times to try and get this ac fix. Only band aid attempts were made. the last attempt I was told “if the ax works in our lot we consider it fixed.” To which I responded, “so what you’re telling me is if I drive off this lot and it breaks, you won’t fix it” and they told me “that is correct.” And that’s exactly what happened AGAIN! fourth time of driving from Sedona to Prescott only to have my ac break AGAIN. Not to mention every time I went, I spent hours waiting. driving in Arizona heat and a car dealer who could really care less about it. Not a way to do business. I went to another mechanic, fixed the ac in less than 3 hours, simple fix. That mechanic even told me “I don’t know who was working on this car but they did not know what they were doing. There is fluid all over and there is a high pressure valve where the low pressure valve is supposed to go.” The whole process was extremely shady, I would not recommend buying a car here with conditions attached. However, if you go here and find a decent car, check every single aspect of it. DO NOT GET IT FIXED HERE. the whole operation seems mismanaged, a huge lack of communication, just not the kind of place I would recommend to anyone. As a highlight to them, Dean and Paul were very kind, never rude in anyway. After months gone by and still not having my plates come from the DMV, I called the DMV and gave them the vin. I was told no paperwork had ever been filed. I called and Paul took care of it right away.
