  I was amazed how professional, knowledgeable, helpful and patient Sandra and her team were in securing funding for our new home. Sandra was extremely knowledgeable with the entire search, purchase, and funding process of finding a new home. She was willing to patiently answer any and all questions and provide insight about the entire process, even if the question was not related to funding. She quickly established pre-qualification and pre-approval to meet the fast pace of our home search. She and her team really understand customer service and were able to contact other organizations involved in the process and get answers and action when it was difficult for us to even know who to call next. I highly recommend Sandra and her team. They got the job done, and done right.
