      My issue with Casalina Group was customer service and communication between myself, my realtor, etc. I don't believe it was Casalina's fault that I suffered a loss with my escrow deposit. I believe it was both side's realtors. If I left one star, it was purely on Casalina's customer service and that alone.

      Hello Zachary, I have reviewed your file and noticed that the reason you had placed this one star review is because you lost some money on your escrow deposit. I understand that this must had caused you to be upset but I need to say that this was not our fault. You were represented by another agent from another office, she had to protect you by following the contingencies of the contract and because of that neglect you were in default. I also noticed that the seller was convinced by us to only recoup what she had in expenses for that month, which I believe was very fair. We hate that people through something like this but you were not our client.We hope that by now you had found a new home. Please remove this review.

      Casalina group is very professional and a family friendly company. After failing to get approved with other lenders Casalina was able to get it done. Silene was very quick to respond to the sellers in reference to my escrow deposit an was able to place the deal together in time. Cesar made the imposible the possible when we thought closing might get extended due to timing. The loan closed right on time and everyone was happy including the sellers. For all of your real estate needs Casalina Group offers a one stop shop. Morgage, Real Estate, Title , Insurance. I’m very happy with my results.
